Can you guys tell me what your monthly payment is for all of the above?

I'm moving into a new house and am going to have the full SKY+ HD installed, plus I also need to arrange my Internet connection and I need a phone and fax number setting up.

Just wondering if it's better (cheaper) to get it all done with Sky or to go with different suppliers?

My BT bill is impenetrable.

Because have outbuildings with other lines and separate broadband lines, the bill is as difficult to understand as medieval text. It seems I generally pay a few pence for calls and then several hundred for provision of the services.

I have orange PAYG for my iPhone, costs nothing.... I pop in a tenner every 5 weeks or so.

I paid just under £60 for Sky HD / Unlimited Broadband / Line rental with 'free' calls evenings & weekends. No Movie or Sports channels. I called them to cancel as I was going to Virgin as didnt want land line any longer, but need one for Sky BB. So they knocked off £10 a month for a year to keep me...

£13 per month with virgin. Basic everything as I am very rarely at home. Got the £13 deal as I wanted to leave. Not bad for broadband / tv / phone

I pay about the same for the same but only get 10mb BB. I have noticed the costs have gradually been creeping up over the last few years, I used to pay about £37 for the same package, time to give them a call I think!

I wouldn't touch Sky broadband with a bargepole - know too many people who have had problems.

Go via quidco for quite a bit of cashback (especially with Sky).

FWIW I pay £32 for Sky, £13ish to BT and £13ish to O2 for ADSL

How the heck did you manage that? We had that package until recently when they tried increasing it a lot so after trying my hardest to haggle I dropped down on the TV (don't watch it often anyway) & phone (never use!). Still costs me more than £36.00, do you have a V+ box?

Virgin Cable

XL TV, 20Mb BB, basic phone for 38 quid a month, threatened to defect to sky about 3 years ago and they've honoured the deal through a house move etc.
No complaints here.

Vermin media - M TV/ 30Mb BB/ XL phone/V+ HD box - £42/month.

Sky not an option for me as BT can only get up to 1Mb BB. The exchange is due to be upgraded later in the year so might re-visit the options then,

I pay about £40 a month on Virgin - free weekend calls, unlimited BB and basic TV( although I do get a lot of channels).Been with them 10 years and happy with the service.
Those who say that they threaten to cancel and move to Sky - to reduce the monthly fee - what happens if they say, OK move?

50 meg broadband normal V box without HD sub all channels no sport or film and phone line, around 55-60 each month, wanting to get the new TIVO box and put v box in bedroom.

(have V box with no pause/record as sick and tired of sky HD/virgin boxes being so sloooow, anyone with tivo noticed slow boxes, slow channel changes etc??)

Note to virgin WHY the feck make the superhub all nice and shiny piano black and a nice design then put all the connections on the side ffs.. ???
