Morning,

Saw the piccies of your Griff in the other thread. Great colour.

Was wondering where you sourced the rear lights and whether you, or anyone, has experience of fitting the LED sets which are available?

Cheers.

Hmm, but what make are they? Not that I'm going to get them and copy you, just interested!

The standard rear lights are Cavalier - so are mine, kind of - if you search on ebay for Cavalier rear lights, the odd 'lexus'/Max Rower/bling set may be available - they're not always on there, so keep looking and you might get lucky - I just happened to spot them and got them for £100-ish. Only seen them a couple of times since. A silver-background lexus-effect set is also available, but the black-background ones I've got are a bit more subtle (slightly).
Cheaper than a full-blown light conversion, and I can take them off and go back to original when precats hit E-type money

Good man! I'll leave mine as they are but it's nice to see yours.

I actaully owned a Cavalier and the Griff together for about 7 months before I sold the Cav and not once did it occur to me that the lights were inverted Cavalier.

...it's only when you've rolled a Cavalier that you'll notice
