Saint Eulalia Ibiza
Discussion
I am heading off to here in August and was wondering if anyone had any tips for my visit. I am just going for a week with the other half and taking my poor old maw that hasn't been able to go on holiday for years. Drinky places. Eating places. Buses to places. Any tips at all much appreciated
We got stuck here for a couple of days waiting for the Mistral to blow through in late August, compared to Ibiza town, Talamanca Bay and Formentera, it wasn't a great place.
Lots of lobster-hued Brits, karaoke, all day English breakfasts, etc.
However, it is on the right side of the Island for exploring, which is exactly what we did. Hired a car for a couple of days and just went back to Eulalia to sleep.
We'd been in Spain for a couple of months by this point, and it was a bit strange to be sitting out on deck of an evening with a nice cool beer, only to hear some Brummies saying stuff like "Cooo, look at that won there Janet, 'eees a biggun" and so on.
Definitely head for Ibiza old town if you can, one of our most favourite places on the trip (after Barcelona).

I live on Ibiza and has been said previously it is a good place to put your head down.
By the side of the Ayuntamiento/Town Hall is a street which is known as the street of restaurants and tapas bars, on the Paseo there are plenty of places to eat as well.
There is a water taxi here by the Marina which you can take to Ibiza, the boats run every half hour each way €15 return, which will give you plenty to do and see.
The bus station is one street back from the Ayuntamiento.
There are loads of good beaches around the Island, but you really need a car to be able to get to them.
Have fun, pretty warm here at the moment yesterday 32c,my pool temp 29c
