Totting up vs instant ban

Having recently been a little stupid I have managed to get stopped by the bib for speeding, in Hampshire at 101mph, (a few months ago, and I still havn't heard) and have recently been caught on a Scamera in Wales at 98mph.

What is likely to happen, I assume they will take the other offence into consideration when/if they go to court. Any ideas on the length of ban, should I try to convince them to give me the points rather than the instant ban....?
