New Range Rover centre console creak.
Discussion
My local dealer has had mine a week to cure a creaking / rattling and yet it still does it. It will be going back again next week, which is a pain.
The problem occurs when cornering, especially on twisty country roads.
My 2006 car's console was rock solid, but the 2011 car's is more "flexible".
Anyone else got this problem?
Oh joy something else to look forward to. I seem to have a recuring battery fault, as soon as I unlock it anounces low battery start engine.
The centre console is all out of a jag which is where the fu"*%$g stupid gear knob should have stayed.
The engine and gearbox are just fantastic though.

I've had the battery message. Think it's stopped now though. The centre console is all out of a jag which is where the fu"*%$g stupid gear knob should have stayed.

Part of the problem is that the cars are now so quiet inside that a small creak sounds much louder than it would have in a TD6.

At least they haven't given you the seemingly standard "they all do that, Sir" fob-off...The problem occurs when cornering, especially on twisty country roads.
