I've now got about a hundred films on my media drive but I could do with a load more Sci-fi ones so I'm looking for ideas. I've got all the Star Wars ones, I'm not a fan of the Star Treks except for the latest one and I don't want to be reading subtitles so foreign films are out.

So, any ideas? Cheers.

Got all of those with the exception of Wall-E, which doesn't interest me. John Carpenter's version of The Thing is one of my favourites.

I can't believe no-one has mentioned Bladerunner yet.

Also:
Robocop
Demolition Man
Metropolis
Donnie Darko
Children of Men
2001
The Day The Earth Stood Still
The Truman Show
Cube

God, now I need to go through my DVD collection and pick out some more.

Enemy mine is excellent. A bit cheesy nowadays, but still a favorite. "Mickey...Mouse"

Agreed, I remember crying as a kid when he ran over one of the robots. Was it Hughy and Dewey?
