M4 Talivan, Reading (I think)

There's a white van parked on a bridge between jc10(A329(M)) and jc11 - A33 (Reading).

I didn't get a good look (wasn't actually on the M4), but as I know the bridge well I thought I'd post. It's actually a closed bridge from an old road and is now just a foot/cycle path.

Recently the TVP have pulled their only motorway car on the basis of safety (better to have traffic flowing than sudden braking leading to concertina braking stopping cars further back)

So the Berkshire Scamera Partnership decide to take up the baton and cause exactly the scenario that TVP are trying to avoid, which will ultimately create more work and worse public image for the TVP (why arent you out catching criminals - because I am cleaning up a corpse etc etc).

This country is truly ed.
