Has anyone any experience of this?

If so, what's the form? I'll be buying from distance and appreciate they offer a 7 day day return service.

Is it a case of just quoting the reference and giving card details over the phone or is there some scope for negotiation on price? If so, what should I be aiming for? Does it vary by make?
