get out of their cars to 'have a go' at someone...
i was driving around the a few weeks ago in the town centre and i was following a fairly new 5 series estate. we turned round a corner which is a slip road, no give way markings, its a slip road meaning you dont stop ffs.
this 5 series driver pulls round said slip road and rams his brakes on as if to give way, almost causing me to put a vrs shaped dent into his rear bumper! for this act of stupidity i gave him a little sound of the horn to make him aware of his shortcomings. he pulled off and entered the outside lane straight away cutting up some poor old lady in her daihatsu thing and winds his window down i presume to shout at me so i wound down mine. in the 5 series was the pikiest looking bloke ive seen for a while... no doubt he stole the car or was a mechanic taking it for 'test' drive...
it went something like this
idiot : " what you f**king playing at you skinny little s**t beeping your f**king horn at me u c**t!"
Me: " what... i think youll find the correct way to drive is to pull round the SLIP ROAD then use your mirrors to check for oncoming traffic then signal and move into lane!"
idiot: " what the f**k are you the f**king traffic police"
he then attempted to fake ram the side of my car.. then like a maniac cut across the front of me and got out of his car... now heres the funny part, im not particularly built ( but in essence with the PH community.. Im particularyly powerfully built.. so's my dog...) but i am 6"4' this guy was no taller that 5", if you were 5" tall would you seriously get out of your car to start on someone!
anyway i got out of my car and closed the door by this time he was standing on the curb staring at me like crazy sex pest.. and says " I aint f**kin scared of you" thing is i think he didnt mean this as i literally told him to f**k off, and he got back in his car...
so he made a huge scene in the middle of the town centre, didnt like being told the correct way to drive by someone 20 years his junior and now cannot go where he wanted to because he cut me up and cant get back into the lane he intended to drive down...

Crappy driving, should retest every X years.
Unions/Blair/Brown/Labour/Thatcher/Insert other politician's fault, depending on personal political leaning/agenda.
Nasty small man syndrome.
Threatened by your sounding of your horn, lost control of his senses.
Likely a combination of all the above to some extent, however.
