Another Why do People do that thread

[Downton Mini]

Yeasterday I wnet to a small (no pun intended) Mini/MINI show it was the first time this event had be held and I for one enjoyed it although it wasn't massive it was a nice chilled out and relaxed day 5 of our club members enter the concourse (non of us a realy bothered with concourse as we drive our cars ) and had a great time (yes we all got placed in the concourse too )

My question is why do people feel the need to start slatting shows on Facebook within an hour of arriving and spouting rubbish about other bigger better shows not costing as much to get in when infact they cost more. Every show deserves a chance and will only grow and improve if people are posative about it.

What makes it worse is when people are challanged as to weather they have ever organised a show they say ' i could do a better job with me eyes closed' when they get challanged to put their money where their mouth is they go all quite.

I have been involved in organainsg and helping on a few events (as I'm sure a number of PHers have) so I appreciate what goes into organising and running an event I just wish people would give new shows a chance
