I tried all the usual places last year, including tracking down the original manufacturers, and drew a blank. So if you manage to find a source please let us know.

Do you need special foam? I would have thought you would just cut a few layers of the right grades of foam to the appropriate size. Wouldn't anybody who trims seats be able to supply it? I know last time I bought a Sparco seat trimmed to order they shoved bits of foam in as packaging. Quite awkward getting rid of it all.

Dont know if it is any use to you but the car trimmer who did an excellent job of my seats, and has done seats for several of my friends, buys his foam from M & S Foam in Leyland, telephone [phone]. They understand foams of different performance and my seats are built up from two different foams.

Hi, I replied to Mike direct....My foams fit 74-90 TVR's and stop at 400 and S2 (very early S3 cars) then my understanding is that the Griff/Chim foam is the same through to LE...as for the 'worth' of a new foam, my trimmer flatly refused to hodgepodge (his words not mine) any more!
