Unlocking maps in Mapsource

I've just got myself a Zumo 660 to replace my Quest and am having trouble with Mapsource. To start with, I've had to uninstall Mapsource to be able to reinstall it and the maps in a location with enough hard drive space for the new maps as it said it needed 8gb, so after some faffing I managed that.
I installed my newest maps from the DVD that came with the Zumo, but Mapsource says they are locked and I can't work out how to unlock them!
When I click on unlock in Mapsource, it opens up a browser window, that detects the sat nav, asks you for the serial number. It says that Zumo units come with the maps unlocked, and when I click the retrieve unlocks button it says it is successful, but Mapsource says it is still locked.
Anyone else had this problem?
