Thought i might put my 2 cars up.
I picked up a new car last week a quantum coupe very rair only 17 made paid £435 went through the mot without spending anything on it. Insurance £735 CHEAPEST car i can insure the resto begins.
Fitted new cd player and speakers that came with the car rubbish mind you but will do the job for the time being. Sealed the front and rear windscreen as they were leaking. Greased and lubricated the window mechansim as it was sticking.
Jobs that need doing strip brakes clean and adjust back brakes, balance wheels and find out the squiling on the front. In need of a good t-cut and polish and tidy up inside.
My other car a mgb gt had it 2 years. Replaced all interier panels carpet need to put some decent seats in.
Outside removed rubber bumpers and fit sebring rear valance and gt front spliter, and fit round indicaters instead of the long ones resparyed in black as every panel had cracks in the paint from 5 years of storage before i bought it and fitted gold 14inch minilities wheels.
Future plans fit roll cage, lower front and rear suspension and fit poly bush set.
