Difference in UK and US spec - Canon 60d

Is there a difference is spec between the UK and the USA spec of the Canon 60d?

I've noticed they seem to be moving away from the 'rebel' brand, I was wondering if this is to have the same product world wide.

I thought the 'rebel' named canons were XXXd and XXXXd. The 600d is a rebel T3i. I think XXd have always been the same in america.

They are left hand drive in the US.
