How do you move / pad out the window seals? If its raining heavily, my passenger side window leaks. The rubber sits higher on the passenger side window than on the drivers side. The drivers side doesn't leak and the window and rubber sit nice and snug together.
To move them. start folding the roof, and look on the far front of the window seals, the bit that mates with the wind-shield, there should be two screws. Unscrew both of these, and you can take the rubber off. Then make a small slit in it, and fill it with something of your choice. I first used foam, but being too squishy it only lasted a few weeks before it sagged. I have now cut strips of polystyrene and filled the seal with those. It's been 2 weeks now and it is water tight! Seal them back up with neoprene wetsuit repair stuff, couple of quid on ebay.I did also move the position of the seals too. Once the rubber seal is off, there is a metal bracket that it sits in. unscrew this (two screws again) and you can adjust it a few mm closer/ further away from the window. This also has a foam backing on it, and on my passenger side I found water was getting under the metal bracket due to the foam perishing. I decided to use some gutter sealant stuff and made sure there was a layer of it between the roof and said metal bracket.

Riknos: Cheers! i'll have a bit of a poke around today but i'm a little nervous about cutting and stuffing due to my all round incompetence. Its my main mode of transport for work and i don't want to ruin it!

The water leaks from my windscreen seal and doesn't all drop in to the cup seal going down the door like its supposed to - some of it misses the front of the cup and then drips in the A pillar in to the car.
It is either the quarterlight not pressing up enough, or the front of the cup being too flat and not sealing aginst the door but struggling for a solution as I can't plump the seal up or I would block it...
