A Poljot chronograph with a 3133 calibre, which is a facsimile of the Valjoux 7734.

Just collected from the sorting office biggrin

I'm definitely a fan of the 3133 and that's a very nice example.

Reminds me of a Zenith for some reason.

Very nice.

Just this minute pulled the trigger on a Seagull 1963 reissue.

Chronographs are ace.

The missus prewarns me if she needs something timing in the kitchen, takes a while to choose the evenings pasta timer.

Mine:

Fancied a watch with a coin edge bezel, oversized crown and cathedral hands.

I'd like to get either an Okeah or a Sturmanskie for the collection eventually. I can't decide which and the prices seem to be really high now.

Will you keep it on the olive NATO? I had mine on this tan leather strap for a long time, but I have recently switched over to a brown NATO for a change.

^^ So do I - unfortunately it's not quite the bargain I thought it might be though, and it's also a shame it doesn't have a display case. Thought it might be somewhere £ wise nearer some of the Russian stuff I've been looking at.

Still a looker though.

I just paid £144 ($235) shipped for a sapphire crystal 1963, with a display back (the back glass has some Chinese Airforce gubbings on it, but you can polywatch that off apparently)

It's on it's way now from Seagull Hong Kong direct.

IIRC correctly the pexiglass was $30 cheaper.

It's coming on a green NATO, but I'm not expecting that to be much cop, so as pictured above, I'll be ordering a brown leather number for it too.

I looked and looked for something with the ST19 in, and apart from a raft of ropey 'homages', found nothing else.(I didn't want to shell out however much it is Eddie wants for his version) Shame really as a hand wound mechanical chronograph is a thing to be admired, even if it is a Chinese remix.

^^ I bought a 1963 for exactly the same reason (the ST19).
Never even wore it before it was flipped! hehe
