Hi

Is there a difference between normal and 's' cats, am I right in thinking it is 54mm Od and 57mm Od for the 2 pipes? Any ideas on ID's

The cans are the same as well? so were is the difference?

S spec/big bore system outside diameter is 65mm with internal diameter of 57mm at the cat end. After the back boxes the diameter is 54mm for the cans.

Standard is ID 54mm at the cats, not sure of the OD of the system though.

The cats are different for sag and 's',

You can use non BSI marked cats on pre 2001 cars which are about £100 cheaper but accoring to the makers are the same just without the mark. Later cars will therefore show a different part code
