Which Samsung is better?

Looking at getting a Samsung LED 3D UE46D6530. I has seen a Comet that some are 200hz and others are 400hz and some are 800hz. I think I want the 400. I did read though that some are advertised as 400hz but are really 400CRM which is the equivalent of only 200hz. Is that right?

Anyway, I have seen them offered online in a combination with 3D blueray DVD players. One is a BDC5900 and the other is a BDD5500. Which is the better of the two?
