Electronic cigarettes - anyone use them?
Discussion
I use them. I've got three, I think. One in the car, one in the van, and a spare knocking about.
They're ok. I smoke fewer real cigarettes, but they don't feel right. They're a bit heavy, and a bit long. The main advantage is that you can take a couple of drags, then put it down. Once you've lit a real one, you're more or less committed to smoking all of it.
If you want to stop, Champix is the best method I've tried (and subsequently failed at). I reckon the electronic ones help you to smoke less, but not quit.

I smoked 15/20 a day for the best part of 35 years. I tried all the ways to give up but never got beyond 6 months (must be very weak willed!).Three years ago I came across electronic cigarettes, bought a starter pack and from the day of getting it never smoked (or wanted to smoke) a normal cigarette again. The starter kits are o/k but if it works for you get a more up range model.
This is the company I now buy my kit from.
