mk6 ZS, Induction Kit Help please!

I am thinking about doing a bit of work on it.. But which induction kit to get?
..And i know this may make me sound a little stupid but when you have the kit fitted,
does it sound meatier at stand still or would i need a new exhaust system for that?.. or just a backbox? what?!

On tick-over, noise coming from the engine will be hardly any different, only when you raise the revs you can hear the induction more.

If you want better sound from the exhaust, then you can buy ( depending on how much you want to spend ) Backboxes, cat backs, decats, sportscats (very expensive but gets you through the mot) and full maniold system!

Are you doing it purely for noise? You will get very very limited gains bhp wise from a ZS. Wont make a great deal of difference for a fair few quid.

Just buy an ST if you like the Fiesta as it will save you money longterm.

thanks, yes purely for noise. If i was to buy just a backbox would that make any diff?

Save the money and put it towards your next car. Your just wasting pennies and making the car less desireable in the longterm.
