Looking for a web designer based in Essex

I'm looking for someoone who can build me a website for a small association.
It's purely for pleasure use and not business orientated. Any recomendations ?

why do they have to be in Essex? With the internet you can be anywhere...

What sort of thing are you after, flat or dynamic (i.e. pure information vs user accounts)

Content will be mainly user pictures and videos, with maybe a members forum as well. It's for a Golf Society.
