Can anyone confirm if the speedo is working fine but the mileometer and tripometer is not does this mean the unit or sender is broken..Or could it be a loose connection at the back..

If the sender isn't working why would the speedo work?

my mileometer is stuck at37999 , trip stuck , but speedo working. it did this at 32999.starts to work after about 50 mile

Stuck on 37,999 for about 3 years now, no trip either. Speedo is fine. Can't be ar5ed to take the dash out again and tap it round to 38k.

So you have 3 MOT certificates with 37999 on them .. cool

Its common for them to get stuck if they're mechanical when it comes to a 4 or 5 digit turnover.
