Another what car? (sorry!)

After my recent kit cars I'm craving something normal and reliable

I'm after something up to £2.5k, reliable and insurable either 3/5 door, lowest miles as poss for the money. Prefer hatchbacks but I guess if I saw a saloon I liked I could be swayed. I've been looking at older ford focus' but I can't find one I like, they all seem to have done a million miles or be over what I'd want to pay. Main thing is it needs to be insurable as I'm 21, focus' came out quite reasonable and everyone I've ever spoken to rates them. What else should I consider?

I know you'd prefer a hatchback, but Seat Toledos are really good value atm.
