Not had much time to drop by of late, but I got my renewal today and having
waved the flag for Peart for the last year I get a £128.00 hike.

A few calls and I get this:

41, no claims, 1 sp30.
Peart £775
Tesco £748
Sunninghill £721
Liverpool Victoria £647.00 (what I had with Peart last year)

Mannings via the TVRCC £597

So why the hike? No claims and even my address is less risk!

However, no doubt I'll be back to post a Mannings hike in 12 months and
Peart will be down to £600?

I hope not, but insurance always seems a game!

Ah insurance....currently a nightmare!! TVR ownership at stake...all help required.
Scenario :
2 Cars Mondeo Estate!! and Cerby 4.5
Tescos - 720quid for cerby..luvverly (28y.o) however can only use no claims on 1 car!! SO Mondeao (3rd party only) goes from 300 to 890quid a year!!!!

Any ideas...im presuming that alot of TVR owners run 2 cars and they cant be all stinkin' rich!!!

Phone Esure or Elephant, cant remember which one offered full no claims on both cars. Ended up going with hyperformance on the rover for 240 quid with 1 years no claims

I have to switch between Direct Line <-> Tesco every year to keep the premium at its lowest. Real pain. Still, for the first time in 5 years my insurance premium will be below £2k this year. Mind you, once you add in the 206, it's above that again.

Sunninghill let me mirror my NCB from my everyday car on to my Cerb. So I got 7 years NCB right off the bat.
That was August 2002. Last year sunninghill were expensive.
