I have all the achievements on Fallout 3 except "Scientific Pursuits".

Anyone know why this didn't unlock ? I must have done it as it's a main story line quest.

Also, what is the quickest way to get it. I'm starting a new game from scratch. Is their anything I can do in a particular order to fast track to that part of the game ?

Thanks.

I'll try those steps and see if it unlocks this time.

Are any of the other DLCs worth getting ?

I have Broken Steel already.

I've heard Moterhsip Zeta is good but Operation Anchorage is terrible ????????

Yep, that sounds about right to me. I also quite enjoyed the Point Lookout one.

If you are going to get two DLCs, then it could be worth seeing if you can get the GOTY edition which has all DLCs and I got for about £12 i.e. less than it costs to buy the two DLCs separately..

I recently bought the GOTY edition to mop up the last achievements in Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta. I'll be finished with it in a day or two.

You can have it for what I paid for it - £13 - install the DLC and then flog it on. PM me if you're interested smile

ETA: on 360...

Of the DLC, I'd go for Broken Steel for certain, and then after that Point Lookout since there's quite a lot to it. The Pitt was OK, but the other two were pretty poor IMO.

Thanks guys.

The trophy popped up this time. Now got the platinum, finally.

Doubt I will get the platinum on New Vegas, I just can't get into the story on that one. I find it a bit boring compared to 3.

Game of the year edition is where its at. None of the dlc's are bad. Overall they make a superb package.

If you try to do operation Anchorage early on you get the power armor without having to go through all the brotherhood of steel stuff. I liked it, good mix of stuff but getting to the radio beacon to start it is a bit tough, certainly doable. But do it with Broken Steel disabled.

Save on completion (when the bit finishes, you will know when) as there are a few things to be done. Get it wrong and retry.
