997turbo gen1 engine RPM on cold start up.

Hi
My 997 turbo on cold start up occasionally revs to 3000rpm then drops straight to normal idle speed?
This is not ideal as this does not really give the engine a chance to build up oil pressure has anybody else experienced this?
Is this a fault?

its not fault. I've had mine since new and it very occasionally does this. something to do with atmospheric conditions. Mine hasnt done it for a few years mind

I've owned mine for over two years and it's never done this.
