thintking of going to the truck racing in october any advice??

I was thinking of going, Been thinking about it for a few years but never gone.

Its not actually a 24 hour race, more of a 24 hour festival.

The high cost of fuel and ferry is putting me off. I dont mind for a week or so, but its a lot of money to spend for a few days away

You have to register to get onto the BM forums, but it's free and generally the members there are harmless. The folk who've posted on the thread that James has pointed you to are all as sound as a pound, in my very humble opinion.
