Full Miltek is a good exhaust system, should give you around 5-10bhp and it is a very raspy system, but if it is just noise you are after then a pipercross cone filter will do the job

you wont see any power from anything like that, an intake kit will make more noise but no more (noticeable) power

Fit some really really lairy cams, individual throttle bodies and a Miltek exhaust. Or, for the same money, but an M3.
