Banner advert messing up 'My Info - Contributions' selection

Has anyone else noticed this problem?

When the banner advert for Castrol appears at the top of the page (under the 'My Info', 'This Forum' and 'Members' drop-down links) I cannot select anything under the 'My Info' list.

I usually use the 'Contributions' option but cannot select this when this ad appears. It's as if the drop-down list starts to show but immediately disappears. This is without moving the mouse or accidentally moving the pointer off the list.

Edited to add - i'm using Firefox on a Windows XP platform.

Yep - I get that with Firefox on my phone but no probs with IE at work.

(Though FF at home doesn't suffer from it)




ETA: Doh! No problem at home becasue ads are blocked
