Mentoring Request

I am just wondering if there would a Pistonheads person who would consider mentoring me?

I have only just recently found out about Mentoring and I think it would really help to moved me to the next level. I am very ambitious, but have always struggled to convince managers to help me towards my goals.

I am currently struggling with my soft skills associated with a buying role and feel this is holding me back from achieving the best I can be. In terms of exams and knowledge gain this is an area which I excel at, but my ability to constructively use those skills and apply them is sometimes very lacking.

I realise there may be some distance between us due to Pistonheads being Global , so I would propose phone calls and emails as the means of communication.

I know that whoever the great person is there will be limits for time within your current role, but
I also hope you might find the time to help me progress to the next level.

I am just on the verge of moving into a consultancy role and really need to hit the ground running with someone who can guide me though the political web of a new job, as well as expanding rapidly my current skill set.
