Thanks RL.

Is that annually or one off?

Linkie would be great if it is easier.

all here - www.energysavingtrust.org.uk/Generate-your-own-ene...

In a nutshell, this is the £15m pot for a one off payment prior to the RHI proper kicking in next year - a sort of first come first served apology to everyone for having delayed the domestic RHI until 2012.

Thanks RL.

I am seriously looking at Air Source stuff, running straight to our radiators, so I can become less reliant on Oil (house only not cars) as it will only continue to go up in price.

Some of the new AS pumps work at high enough temps to run radiators and I have the chance to get pipes in very soon.

Did you ever make it to the HB&R show and come and see us?, honestly cant remember.

Clients decided otherwise so unfortunately I never made it there. Will still be in touch as and when though as I do need to get things sorted but exciting tech has taken something of a back burner in favour of being warm.

Do your ASHP calcs very carefully - to produce enough heat for rads they're going to be eating a lot of leccy. Even against our 4k oil habit, we were facing a leccy bill of £1600pa for GSHP and that was assuming "perfect world" efficiency, so suddenly the saving was good, but not great....

Also, ASHP is still up in the air with regard to the RHI as the EST is less than convinced of its true efficacy...
