apex track day

hi,thinking of going to donnington at the end of the month with apex, just wondering how well organised they are etc!

I am on an Apex day tomorrow at Castle Combe, I will let you know. First time with them for me.

My cousin and I are thinking of going along to that also. Never come across Apex before - only 1 car booked on so far!!

Just got back from an Apex Trackday at Castle Combe today. As promised here is a report. One of the very best track day organisers, very approachable, very friendly, well organised and at very reasonable prices. I will be booking another day with them. Fantastic day out.

Mike made today very easy for me, i text him over the weekend asking if i could just do a half day and he just told me to turn up at lunchtime and pay on the day, all went very smooth and Mike was happy to help out with my odd request of getting mileage signed off

will use Apex again, certainly!

I don't wish to open up a can of worms but as we don't yet know a lot about you as a TDO (yet ) , can you tell me please if you have a 'reasonable' maximum number of attendees on your OP days, and are you a member of the ATDO (I ask the latter re my car track day insurance)?

Why does the ATDO cover your car when it's on a ATDO's members track day ?

I'd be surprised if it did.

No ..... but my particular classic car insurance policy does.

If you let me know who you are insured with I will check if you will be covered. We are affiliated to CCI and Reis. We may be able to obtain recognition from your insurers.

Hi guys I am signed up for Donington on Friday (26th Aug). Anyone else coming?

Heard lots of good things so fingers crossed for a good day, and good weather!

Our attendees section is still playing up. Got around 35 cars booked on so far and we will limit it to 60. With alot of people being away, we are unlikely to get to 60 so there will be plenty of track time and considering there can be 30 on track, no real queues.

good day, couldn't fault apex, very good, very relaxed, shame about the weather but can't really blame them for that LOL
