Any ideas what's happening with Qingdao? Seems to be very detached from the others!

I have a mate who is on Qingdao, and who is doing the full race. Looking to meet him at a port or 2 over the next year. Looks like an epic adventure.

I did the British Steel Challenge in 92/93, awesome event, one of the major happenings in my life. And we won....I think we were 1h 55mins ahead of the second boat, a similar result could have been had if we had just sailed around the Isle of Wight.
