Black stuff.

What is the sealant that is used to hold the rear lamps into the bodywork.
Looks a bit like a black silicone.
Is there a trade name for this and is it readily available?

IIRC Sika flex, available from Partco and similar auto traders.

Already been to Partco, taken out a second mortgage and bought Sikaflex.
