I need to install a base for a reasonably sized child's Playhouse - footprint 8 x 8.5 foot.

We might be looking to move home in around 18 months so rather than concrete/paving slabs I was thinking about something portable like the Hawklok system.

Does anyone have any experience of this or anything similar?

I'm a bit of a novice here so any advice much appreciated.

We've gone for this: http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detai...

It's in pieces at the moment, being painted - but the idea is to sink fence post spikes in to the ground and then place this on top...

When I put up a playhouse for the grandchildren it rested on a number of 4x4 fence posts laying on the ground.

When I put a base down for my kids playhouse I made a frame of tanalised fence posts. Quick, easy and cheap.

Levelled up with bits of slate on the lawn.
