Ms Samson has been posting tweets saying she is "so proud" of her son.
Erm... why? Does she need a reminder of what her son did to deserve the sentence?

I can't even bring myself to post the picture.

I tried to print up "Free Charlie" t-shirts but was told that this might be misleading to some people, and it was probably not the best idea to send one to him in prison hehe

makes you wonder when she says this about the protests:

She also advised protesters to wear balaclavas, in response to another tweeter.

"I would advise anyone who's thinking of protesting to wear," she said.

"Is so unfair that only one side gets to wear armour."

What a stupid .

Can she not see what he did wrong? Need a slap I feel, only way to wake her up. I guess the father is so fed up with listening to the silly bhes ramblings that she has to resort to twitter.

This makes a difference

to some people

He is an odious irresponsible liar

"Please judge I didnt know I was dangling off the most visible war memorial in the land or smashing most of central London or attacking the next King!"

"Proud"? Surely she means ashamed? I'd have disowned him. Actually, I've have beaten him. Actually, he wouldn't do it because he'd know right from wrong. The mother should be ashamed of herself as she's clearly a st parent.

What a strange thing to say. He not only has a criminal record but a rather notorious one to boot! Unless he is intending to suckle on the teat of nepotism then I can see him having difficulties further along the line.
