Argos have the 57cm Weber Kettle BBQ for just £54.99. (note - not the One Touch, but almost as good and less than half the price)

That's a good price.

57cm too - I have a 47mm as a backup option to my regular Weber gas BBQ and it's too small - this 57cm jobbie is the ideal backup.

It will cook just as well, as it has the top and bottom vents... just less easy to clean out the ashes than it is on the one-touch (but no harder than any other BBQ.) Ten year guarantee as well.

Excellent, that looks like a good buy. Does anyone know how there come up height wise? Argos have stung me with their bbq's before now and measured total height with the lid on which made the bbq much smaller than I had expected.

It is NOT a Weber BBQ.

It is an Argos BBQ in the style of a Weber i.e. blatant copy.

Argos copy

Proper Weber

The Argos link doesn't say Weber anywhere and nor will your new BBQ.

Many of the reviews do in fact say it is a weber.

It's a weber. There are loads of people on various sites who have bought one and say it's a weber. It might be a special budget model they make exclusively for argos, but I'm happy that it is in fact, a weber.

In answer to this; get yourself over to the stickied thread about barbecues. Loads of recipes and tips etc. Any questions just shout, we've got some brilliant barbecueists here.

If it comes in a Webber box then you can guarantee it's a copy hehe

A photo of the box and BBQ would solve this. A tenner to your chosen charity says it's not a Weber though.
