Lost Door Reflector

A small thing really ...

But the door reflector on the passenger door ( ie The thing thats stop other cars driving into the open passenger door at night ) seems to have fallen of my Griff and gone missing.

Does anyone know from what it was sourced orginally and where I might get a replacement ?
