Proper 4WD/SUV with 200g CO2?

I'm a big fan of the Rangie, currently running a P38 Vogue alongside the Monaro, to cart the dog and assorted junk around in, but I find that I'm jumping into the Rangie 99% of the time and not using the 'Ro. So, the plan is to sell both and buy an L322.
HOWEVER......currently I'm in the enviable position of having all (yes, all) my fuel paid for my employer. Even with the tax burden, by the time you've offset your business miles at 40p (45p soon I believe), the tax rebate means that I get all my fuel (and oil) for the year for about £500 instead of £3000.
BUT.....as of 2012, my employer will only pay for my private fuel if my car emits < 200g CO2. Which rather rules out most of Solihull's finest.
So, I could suck it up, decide that I want a Rangie and just pay the bills, (not out of the question) or seek an alternative. Can anyone recommend a decent 4x4, reasonable size (I'm 6'4"), automatic, and coming in at something around the £25k mark? I believe that there is a poverty-spec manual Freelander which squeezes in at 197, but I don't fancy that and anyway it's a manual. Not keen on the Lexus either (and I don't know it's CO2 figure anyway).
Slate away about the real need for 4x4, etc, but I haven't been without a 4x4 of some description for over 10 years and to me it's worth having when the rest of the country grinds to a halt every winter.

What's their policy on pre-2001 cars where no CO2 figures were published?They may of course spin that round to stating that they'll only provide a fuel card where you CAN prove CO2 figures.
I also asked whether I could run an LPG-powered car but they will accept the manufacturer's original CO2 figure.

What year are you looking at? It seems to only be since they renamed them to "xDrive...." that they've been under 200. I'm not sure when that happened, though.
