Quickly passing Lambo Edinburgh to see if the new Aventador was there and as luck would have it:

It is great to see the car for real rather than in the press photos, even in the Edinburgh rain it is a sight to behold. I have always had a thing for Lamborghinis and this one is stunning at every angle - I just love the doors and although white doesnt normally float my boat it does on this car! It is not quite a fair comparison but the 458 now does nothing for me , looks very tame.

The garage is running a launch day on the 13th - before the Italian Car Day visit - and there will be a Countach, Diablo and Murcielago there as well. You don't need an invite so hopefully the sun is shining and I can get some better photos with the full range. All I need to do now is get a shot in it!

I wish they would stop doing demonstrators and press cars in white. Looks SO much better in coloured paint!

Of course not, but if I had the cash it would certainly be an addition smile

Yeah it would be on my lottery win shopping list too. Looked fantastic on TG last week.

Saying that saw a 458 close up for the first time at Silverstone the other week and thought that looked awesome! Here's hoping they suffer from horrendous depreciation!!

"The darkside is strong with this one" See if Gary will part with his stunning E30 bad boy. You might need Don Pauls powers of persuasion though whistle

eta Looking forward to seeing the ventilator at Hopetoun (even if it is a shrinking violet in comparison to Gareth's Zonda).
