Good Value HDMI cables- where?

Someone on here posted a link to place making good value HDMI cables- ie smnall UK place, bought a 3m one for not a lot of money and its been brilliant.

NOw i need another and can't find the link.

I have that and it was crap - kept causing signal issues.

Changed to another cable and all was fine.

I'd avoid it.
