Invisalign orthodontics

I'm looking for a dental practice who can offer Invisalign orthodontics and also who would be able to place a single tooth dental implant to replace a missing upper lateral incisor once the ortho treatment has been completed.
The patient lives in Warwick but is prepared to travel, within reason.
I'd be grateful if any PHers local to that area could advise.
