alarm Immobiliser problems

I have been away from home for a while and forgot to plug in my trickle charger
the battery was not completely flat the alarm disarmed but the immobiliser would not disarm so i recharged the battery through the cig lighter.
I understand you have to disconnect the battery then reconnect to reset the alarm but thought i would try unpluging and reinserting the fuse for the alarm, i now cant get into the car drivers door wont open but the window is halfway down any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Surely if the window is half down you could just reach in and turn the golf ball door release

Then disconnect the battery for 30 seconds and reconnect it.

Job done.

My Tuscan does not have a golf ball release the door release works from the window buttons i have managed to reach in and press the door button but still the door wont open.

Can you reach in to the emergency door release cables in the footwell?

No cant gain access to the emergency lever
getting to the battery is going to be difficult the car is in the garage
and that side of the car is up against the wall.

There is a way in but you need to contact a service centre with your car details, it isn't wise to release these details on a public forum. Dom@TVRpower will be able to help, or who services the car.
