Madness of our "justice" system exposed

This appeared in today's Telegraph: -

Sir - Each day the North Wales edition of the Liverpool Daily Post lists the local areas where police camera vans will be operating. Aldershot magistrates have banned a pensioner from driving and ordered him to pay £364 costs for warning motorists of a camera speed trap (Daily Telegraph report, June 3)

Does anyone in the United Kingdom understand our laws? If they do, could they please explain them to the police, the magistrates, the press, but first and foremost to the citizens who are supposed to obey them?
