stunning looking wheels on a tuscan, i know they were specially made but wondered how much, and would anyone else think about a group buy, i would have two sets, if Darren is on here can you pm me the details please, or does anyone know of 18" wheels with the correct offsets for the tuscans that look like the original 16" period rims, ie polished deep set rim with a 5 spoke centre or any other deep polished rim suitable for racing,

The wheels are the original black 18" O.Z (as fitted to mid 90's Challenge cars) stripped and refinished with powder coated red centres and the rims polished to look like lovely 16" O.Z fitted to the early cars.

I contacted O.Z U.K last year with a view to a small batch production of the 16" wheels, but after a few phone calls and emails to Italy they couldnt supply as they no longer had the tooling (and cost to re-tool would big money).
I dont know, but i expect the anser would be the same for the 18" Challenge O.Z as well.
As per the other thread, the only other route is to source some of the original 18's... ( Dave Chant has 3 wheels for sale BTW ! )
Another alternative might be somethig from Image wheels - I looked at these Billet 5 ... http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/large_wheel_pages/b5....
For race use,best go for the billet range, as the cast versions wont appreciate Tuscan style leaping over kerbs
