Nutrition & Training the week before a race...
Discussion
...As the title says, I'm doing a race next weekend - cross-country running, should take me around 36-37 mins, mixture of terrain and some very sharp climbs in the mix.
With a week to go, I'm not going to get any fitter before the flag goes up - but I'm wondering if there are any performance advantages to be had by planning what / when I eat in the days / hours prior to the race.
Think the race starts at about midday-ish if that helps - thanks in advance for any advice.
