I'd rather they opened up the laws to the American way of thinking, you can sit in any lane you wish, but likewise you can overtake and undertake in any lane - if there's space, you're free to use it.

100,000 MLMs could just as easily propose an immediate driving ban for anyone caught over 70 mph in the outside line.
