Magazines for clutch pedal fans
Discussion
Good morning from a new member.
I am getting increasingly more frustrated with mainstream car magazines like "Autocar". I do not want to offend anyone, but to me a car without a clutch pedal is a videogame on wheels and to read reviews of cars where the absence of a clutch pedal isn't even commented on makes me think that I have wasted my money.
I have just read on this site the review of the Autofarm Porsche 911 and it brought me back to a time when it was fun to read car reviews. Having the money I'd choose one of those over a Lamborghini Aventador, Bugatti Veyron or the new Pagani impossible-to-write every day of the week.
I'd like to ask whether there are car magazines devoted to cars with a clutch pedal. Old, new, slow, fast, but with a clutch pedal.
It doesn't have to be a paper edition, an internet edition would be very fine too. I can read German, French and Italian besides English.
Thanks

P.s. Yes, I have tried cars with flappy paddles. I felt as if I had had a leg - and a ball - amputated.

Fantastic contribution there Ozzie
Welcome to PH OP. It's (mostly) a helpful and fun site.
I doubt you'll find too many references to flappy paddle gearboxes in Classic and Sports Car magazine. Octane also has a fair few well written articles and they write about older cars just as often as newer ones. Pratical performance mag is also worth a read.

Try retro rides, practical performance car or maybe octane.I am getting increasingly more frustrated with mainstream car magazines like "Autocar". If you want more 'factual' and informative motoring reviews I've personally been impressed by Motor Trend and Car and Driver. They tend to talk about the cars under review far more than the inane waffle produced in most UK mags.
