My Cerbera just got a helper .....

Since I got my Cerbera in '06 I've been doing little jobs to it regularly to get it to the point where it can comfortably cope with the poor quality roads over here.
I've now got the car probably 90% sorted (will it ever be 100% ..... I doubt it as it's a TVR
) but this has meant that I've had to compromise the handling a small bit by softening the suspension and leaving it on 16" wheels with the higher sidewalls on the tyres.
The car is fine on the road but it is not where I'd like it to be on the track and as a result I've spun the car on track and thankfully haven't damaged anything on it.
Well I've decided to reduce it's time on track and I've got a new toy which will see a good bit of track use.
It's just a coincidence that they are both the fastest colour
It's a 111R and so far it impressing me on the road and it will be getting it's first outing on track in about a month.
This means that the Cerbera will be a fast road car from here on and hopefully it won't mind having a younger slut in the garage beside it.

Good move that man. That's probably what i should have done. I sold the Cerb to buy an Exige & whilst it's great, part of me now thinks I could have been better to go half way & keep the Trev. Problem is, there really is no substitute for cubes, & I'm just now beginning to miss a V8 in my life. I find myself yearning for the scream of a Cerb at full chat. Who knows, I might end up going full circle yet!!
I found it the other way around. I find the Cerb Great on the Track much better on the track than on the road as you get to push much more to explore the grip limits and when it does start to go i find it very progressive and mine is on standard shocks with 17" wheels. Good fun for mini power slides.
But i do fancy a Elise just for sheer handling.
