HEATER CONTROL DASH PANEL INFO REQUIRED..GRIFF

I have a trashed heater control panel in my Griff and cant seem to find a replacement.
Does anyone have photos or info of how to wire the pots on the board ? seems my controllers have had all the tails cut off..all bar the bottom left one..which looks like its been rewired in flexible multi core links...
I just need to be able to fire up the blower to demist the screen so I can run the car.
Have worked out that if I disconnect the multipin plug from the printed circuit board the heater fan runs at max.
I just need to be able to do it via a switch !
Cant find anything on any of the other Griff sites either.

and it seems I had the board upside down , its the upper right pot that seems to be the only one wired in (looking from the front)
